Drop off car at Park and Fly
Av at Pearson Terminal 3 - check bags - go thru customs
Endure an extremely long walk to the West Jet departure lounge in time for breakfast and to meet Ursula and Ross
Good flight - upgraded to extra legroom in the emergency aisle seats - made all the difference!
10:20am arrive at YVR
Collect our bags and both couples head to our destinations for the next four days - U+R to Vancouver for a special 90th birthday and B+G to Victoria to meet up with Lydia and Peter
11:40am - After a Quick coffee we board the shuttle bus to Tawassen to catch the ferry to Swartz Bay Victoria
1:00pm - board the ship for a very Pleasant ferry ride spent in the quiet comfort of the aft lounge
2:35pm - arrive in Swartz Bay - Lydia is there to drive us to their house in Saanich - 20 minutes outside of Victoria
5:00pm - we have a short visit with the neighbours celebrating a birthday - and then leave the party to crash after more than 12 hours of travelling
